I didn't, unfortunately, but Rise showed me how to use the bracelet to see who's still in Asgard. His name was listed there, so he's still around somewhere. I think he may have lost his bracelet.
No. I haven't been able to locate him either, but I'm hoping he'll be safe until his bracelet is replaced. I'm not exactly sure how all of that happens.
